Delivery

Made to order and dispatched in small batches. Every piece is checked by hand before it leaves the workshop.

What delivery costs

One flat rate anywhere in India — we do not charge more for a remote PIN code. The exact amount is shown in your basket before you pay. Orders over ₹0 ship free.

How an order reaches you

  1. We pack it by hand

    Ready pieces leave the workshop within 2–4 working days. Anything made to order is begun after you order it, and its own lead time is written on the product page — a piece being woven for you cannot be dispatched before it exists.

  2. The courier collects

    We email you their name and the tracking number the moment the parcel is handed over. Where we recognise the courier, that number is a link straight to their tracking page.

  3. It arrives

    Usually 3–7 days in transit, anywhere in India. You can look an order up at any time with its order number and the email you used.

Cash on delivery

Available on eligible PIN codes. Whether yours qualifies is confirmed at checkout — we would rather tell you there than let you find out at the door.

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the parcel and the piece before unpacking further, and email us the same day. A piece damaged in transit is replaced or refunded at our cost — that is not a return, and you are not out of pocket for it.
